- Managing / Servicing guests check in and outs
- Answering telephone, email queries and direct to appropriate departments.
- Ensuring front of office and recreation area are structured and tidiness
- Assists in the office all around duties
- Managing the overall meeting rooms
- Developing in house rules for all of the employees!
- Arranging external and internal events
- Updating social media events and activities
- Other Administrative work
- Excellent in presentation and manner
- Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Responsible, positive attitude, willingness to help
- Be flexible and available to assist in various needs in the office and external
- Office suite proficient
