The role:

Our client is in a fast growth phase and is seeking a new colleague to join their Sydney based team; taking care of their growing inflow of online customers and managing key partners. In this role you will have responsibility for existing and new channel partners, manage referrals & incoming leads. You will guide and support new channel partners through the decision-making process.

The right person will also have the opportunity to contribute good practice to the core processes, ensuring the most customer focused payment experience is prevalent.


  • Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from marketing and networking activity
  • Prepare presentations and proposals for prospects
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows and telemarketing events
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the product portfolio
  • Guide prospects through the decision-making process
  • Maintain conversion rate aligned with our sales team playbook.


Experience required:       

  • Positive and hands-on person
  • Preferably has experience within the payment industry or comes from a previous role within eCommerce.
  • Great experience using CRM systems; Salesforce will be highly regarded.
