Our client is a well-established, award winning insurance company who provide comprehensive insurance packages and products. They are currently seeking an energetic and hard-working individual to join their team as a Sales Consultant.


You will be responsible for:

  • Selling insurance products to potential customers via inbound and outbound calls
  • Answering inbound calls from clients to provide information on products and helping with any other queries
  • Booking of and recording insurance applications over the phone using the appropriate procedures
  • Satisfy customer enquiries in an efficient manner to maintain high quality customer service
  • Complying with company standards and procedures
  • Report to the leader of the Sales Team



  • Proven sales experience working with inbound calls
  • Self-driven and a motivated attitude
  • Can work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Past experience in life insurance or financial services would be ideal
