Outplacement Coaching Service

EBR provides personalised coaching to exiting employees, assisting them to make a career transition. Our consultants are experts in their field and have a wealth of experience across a variety of industries. They will provide your employees with professional, independent coaching and up-to-date information on the current job market. Our outplacement coaching programs are flexible and sessions are tailored to the individual’s needs.

Our outplacement coaching service will help you to:

* Ease the distress and trauma caused by redundancy;
* Recognise the contributions of redundant employees;
* Maintain a professional company image and reputation;
* Maintain the morale of existing employees; and
* Reduce the risk of legal action by helping redundant employees move forward.

Outplacement Coaching Packages

1. Silver Package

This package is aimed at employees who are in a junior level role OR who have had a short tenure with the company (2 years or less). This program provides employees with tools and assistance to kick-start their career transition. It includes 2 x consultations (45 minutes) with a Career Consultant. Fee: $1600+GST

This package provides employees with:

* A professional career assessment to identify the careers and industries that best suit them;
* Career coaching and advice on their employment options;
* A professional resume review session tailored for their preferred role; and
* An action plan to help them on their path to their next job.

2. Gold Package

This package is aimed at employees who are in a mid-level role OR who have had a longer tenure with the company (3 to 5 years). This program provides employees with more intensive assistance to help them transition to a new role. It includes 3 x consultations (45 minutes) with a Career Consultant. Fee: $2400+GST

This package provides employees with:

* A professional career assessment to identify the careers and industries that best suit them;
* Career coaching and advice on their course and employment options;
* A professional resume review session tailored for their preferred role;
* A customised cover letter that highlights their transferrable skills;
* Interview skills training and coaching;
* Salary advice and negotiation tips; and
* An action plan to help them on their path to their next job.

3. Platinum Package

This package is aimed at employees who are in a senior-level role OR who have had a significant tenure with the company (over 5 years). Employees who have been with one company for a long period of time are unlikely to be up to speed with current hiring practices and therefore require more assistance in making a career transition. This package includes 4 x consultations (45 minutes) with a Career Consultant and provides employees with the full range of services.
Fee: $3200+GST

This package provides employees with:

* A professional career assessment to identify the careers and industries that best suit them;
* Career coaching and advice on their course and employment options;
* A professional resume tailored for their preferred role;
* A customised cover letter that highlights their transferrable skills;
* Interview skills training and coaching;
* Salary advice and negotiation tips;
* Job search assistance and networking skills;
* Advice on selecting and approaching recruitment agencies;
* Review and feedback on their LinkedIn profile and job applications; and
* An action plan to help them on their path to their next job.

*Customised packages are also available to suit your organisation’s needs.

Additional Coaching Support
You may also wish to offer your employees additional coaching with their Career Consultant. These sessions can be booked after they have completed their Outplacement Coaching Package and are valid until the expiry of their Outplacement Program. They are designed to give employees extra support and encouragement as they work their way through this vital transition period. Employees can use these coaching sessions to get advice in areas such as their career direction, job applications, job search strategies, interview preparation and negotiating job offers.

Coaching Program 1
This program includes up to 3 x 45 minute Coaching Support Sessions.

Coaching Program 2
This program includes up to 6 x 45 minute Coaching Support Sessions.

Fees:
$295 + GST per session

* You will only be invoiced for the Coaching Support Sessions if the employee chooses to proceed with them.

Process:
1. To arrange an outplacement package, please complete the Outplacement Booking Form and email it to mseeto@ebr.com.au
2. We will then prepare a letter for your employee and email it to you. The letter can then be given to them at their redundancy meeting.
3. A few days after their redundancy date, we will contact the employee to introduce ourselves and explain their outplacement coaching program. Please advise us if their redundancy date changes at any time.
4. Once the employee has booked their first session, we will forward you an invoice for the total fee of their Outplacement Coaching Package. Employees have 6 months from the date of their redundancy to complete their coaching program unless otherwise specified. No refund will be given for unused sessions.
5. If the employee chooses to proceed with one or more of their Additional Coaching Support Sessions after they have completed their Outplacement Package, you will be invoiced for each session once completed.
