Job Description: Registered Cadastral Surveyor / Project Manager

Our client is currently seeking a Registered Cadastral Surveyor to join their growing company based in Brisbane.

Responsibilities includes:

• Managing projects including taking job briefs, delegating work and communicating with staffs and clients with regards to projects progress as well as alerting them of potential risks and shortfalls as required
• Attending clients meeting and site inspection as required
• Prepare projects plans and monitor and forecast projects costs
• Ensure QA is maintained on all projects
• Ensure the company is facing minimal risks on projects as well as ensure OH&S procedures are adhered to.
• Undertaking research and development for the Project Management section and clients or consultants as required
• Encourage new business and maintain existing relationships
• Supervision and mentoring of Project Managers and Surveying staff

Skills Required:

• Advance MS Office Skills + intermediate to advance skills in Microstation / AutoCAD & MapInfo
• Ability to prioritise work 
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, decision making and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication / customer service & presentation skills
• Ability to lead a team.

Qualifications:

• +5 Yrs experience in Project Management roles.
• Hands on experience as cadastral Surveyor
• Registered with the QLD Surveyor Board as a Cadastral Surveyor
