We require a talented Network/Infrastructure Support Analyst to join our team!

Requirements:

• Degree in relevant field
• 5-10 years experience in relevant field
• Thorough understanding of network infrastructure.
• Knowledge of MS technologies, Juniper and/or Vmware
• Excellent communication skills.
• Possess a can-do attitude
• Proven experience in network management role
• Proven experience in infrastructure support role
• LAN/WAN knowledge

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Use release and change-management processes to introduce new or upgraded applications and devices
• Maintain all Network infrastructures, LAN and WAN and telephone systems.
• Brainstorm and share knowledge across the Infrastructure Team.
• Assist with disaster recovery test and techniques to minimise business risk.
• Assist with development of infrastructure
• Assist in managing infrastructure capacity proactively, and deliver improvements to meet anticipated growth.
• Keep all critical systems documentation and network diagrams up-to-date.
• Provide advice to internal groups on infrastructure issues
• Assist with development of project plans.
• Manage external suppliers
• Keep up-to-date with new technologies 
• Identify upcoming business opportunities.
