Job Description: Strategic Planner / Town Planner (Multiple roles in Sydney & Melbourne)

Our clients are currently seeking experienced town planner / strategic planner who are familiar with council legislations and can provide specialist advise across the board.

Requirements for this role include:

·         Prepare LEP's, DCP's & other planning policies

·         Liaise with property owners, community reps & other Councils on planning issues

·         Prepare grant submissions

·         Knowledge of environmental planning legislation

·         Experience in Managing complex projects

·         Attend Council & Committee meetings

·         Provide specialist advice

·         Qualification or Degree in Town Planning essential (or equivalent)

·         Driver's license

·         3 - 5 years experience in similar role
