| Job Description | EBR is actively interviewing for a graduate GIS Assistant role based in Launceston, Tasmania with a reputable spatial & utility organization! Role Responsibilities: - Assist in the management of projects, data and systems related to utility networks
- Prioritize, plan, and undertake GIS related projects
- Assist in training internal staff of GIS software
- Assist in the coordination of the DBYD requests
Role Requirements: - Tertiary qualifications in spatial sciences, environmental science or equivalent work experience in related field
- Experience using MapInfo & AutoCAD (qualifications in CAD preferred)
- Experience or interest in utilities & natural resources
- Experience in the use of GPS equipment and data post-processing software
- Strong attention to details
- Great communication skills
