Employer Tip

Knock with your elbows!!Knock with your elbows!!

Ever heard that saying "knock with your elbows"? When you have to knock with your elbows it means that your hands are full! And when your hands are full it means that you are adding something to a situation.

Usually this saying is used in the context of a party but there's no reason it can't be used in relation to business. So when having a team meeting you hould be asking yourself; what are you bringing to the situation or meeting? How can you add some sort of value?

Having this sort of outlook on work could be beneficial to making the most out of each day. Why are you valuable to your workplace? What can you add that no one else can? But most importantly, are your hands full? Full of what, you might ask. Well that's up to you, so long as you are adding something valuable to every work situation!
