EBR Donates $1000 to CCIA

On Monday 26 May 2008, EBR launched an exciting new sponsorship partnership with Children's Cancer Institute Australia (CCIA). EBR met with the admirable staff at CCIA and made our first donation of $1000 to their worthy cause.

EBR has been a long-term supporter of the fight against cancer with our previous commitment as annual donators to Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea. Now EBR is making a continuing commitment to support Cancer research with increasing annual donations to CCIA throughout the coming years.

By choosing EBR, clients are supporting CCIA's vision to save the lives of all children with cancer, and eliminate their suffering through world-class medical research.

Prior to the 1960s, the survival rate for children with cancer was less than 2%. Thanks to enormous advances in medical research, the survival rate for childhood cancer has risen to 70% today. We hope that with the contribution of EBR and our clients, Children's Cancer Institute Australia will be able to move one step closer to finding a complete cure for the deadly disease that touches the lives of so many young children and their families.
