Recruitment Team Leader^ top

This role will require you to be an independent recruitment consultant, with the ability to manage your own clients and candidates, meet and exceed target billings, and both manage and mentor junior staff. You will be expected to know and be competent in the full recruitment process, require no formal supervision and meet set targets per month. The role is a variation of interviewing, recruiting, managing accounts and providing customer service and administration support to the team.

Key Responsibilities/Tasks:

  • Sourcing new business including cold and warm calling.
  • Managing relationships with both clients and candidates.
  • Meeting and exceeding target billings.
  • Short listing and interviewing candidates.
  • Managing junior staff who will act as administration support.
  • Motivating and encouraging the EBR team to meet set goals and targets.
  • Client visits.

Education/Experience/Criteria:

  • Previous recruitment or sales (with proven track record) experience.
  • Qualifications in HR or Business essential.
  • Ability and history of meeting and exceeding targets and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experienced Recruiter / Talent Sourcer ^ top

EBR is seeking an experienced Recruiter / Talent Sourcer to proactively identify and assess talent for our clients. This full-time role will support our Recruitment Services Manager and will play a critical role in ensuring we are helping our clients hire the best possible talent.

Sourcing (50%)

  • Source active and passive candidates through a variety of methods including social media, networking, cold calling, Internet advertisements and searches, schools, and other creative and traditional search methods.
  • Build networks to find qualified passive candidates

Interviewing & Candidate Management (50%)

  • Conduct in-depth candidate assessments via thorough phone screens, face to face and SKYPE interviews.
  • Ensure a positive experience for all candidates beginning with initial contact
  • Provide timely, accurate, and relevant feedback to candidates throughout the various recruiting cycles
  • Coach candidates on effectively representing themselves and their skills and experience, in order to set them up for success
  • Keep accurate documentation related to candidate interactions, statuses, etc. that is in full compliance with all legal requirements.
  • Manage the interviewing, selection, offer, negotiation and closing processes that is in line with EBRs’ guidelines and exhibits fairness and professionalism to candidates.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience in recruitment/candidate management or headhunting/sourcing experience (recent graduates see our trainee role)
  • Exceptional interviewing, communication, organizational and a passion for finding exceptional people
  • Ability to maintain strong relationships with all clients/candidates and colleagues
  • Solid business acumen
  • BA/BS degree preferred

Administration Assistant / Support ^ top

This role will require you to provide administration support to management and recruitment staff including job and placement administration, candidate care and data entry.

Key Responsibilities/Tasks:

  • Answering incoming calls and enquiries.
  • Organising meeting rooms and interviews for recruitment staff.
  • Job administration including advertisements, creating job folders and filing information in the database.
  • Candidate and job searches.
  • Preparing emails for senior staff.
  • Conducting reference and background checks.
  • Placement administration including contracts and contract extensions.
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.

Education/Experience/Criteria:

  • Previous reception and/or administration experience.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Self motivation, initiative and dedication / loyalty.
  • Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
